Caramel Apple Delights Dip

    I can’t believe summer is almost over. Before I can even blink, we will be out the door with backpacks on and ready for whatever the new school year holds! How is it even possible that I have a 6th, 4th, 2nd, and kindergartener? I will be back at being a full time “mom taxi” in 5 days…ugh!     Just in time for school’s first bell, Little Debbie is helping prepare for the start of the school year with Back To School Snacks for lunches and desserts. We love anything apple, so when I saw Little Debbie has brought back our beloved Apple Delights, I was ecstatic.       Little Debbie Back To School Apple Delights  are the perfect ingredient for fruit dip. I love that my girls will devour fruit.  Dipping our fresh, juicy fruit in a cool and creamy dip is always a special treat in our home.     Today, I am sharing my love for Little Debbie Back To School Apple Delights and fruit dip. Two of my favorite eats all whirled together in one sweet and creamy bite. This is a very simple, 4-ingredient recipe that you can prepare days ahead and snack on little by little.         Caramel Apple Delights Dip Ingredients: 1 box of 8 Little Debbie Back To School Apple Delights 1 cup cream cheese, softened 1 tsp pure vanilla extract Store bought caramel sauce, for garnish     Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Open 2 Little Debbie Back To School Apple Delights and crumble them onto the parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely and crumbs will become crunchy. In a mixer or using a hand-held mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Open the remaining 6 Little Debbie Apple Delights and add to the cream cheese. Beat until well incorporated and be sure to scrap sides of the bowl intermittently. Mix in the pure vanilla extract. Place fruit dip mixture into a bowl. Garnish dip with store bought caramel sauce and the baked Apple Delights crumbles. Serve with firm fruit for dipping....
